Because of their high luminance, the UV radiation cast and the high lamp pressure in the cold and hot condition, XBO lamps may only be operated in closed and intended housings. With every handling, the lamps must be in their protective cover. They may only be handled openly using appropriate security measures. You can find more information on this on request or please refer to the package insert or the operating instructions.

The Xenon lamp body is always under high pressure. Explosion -like ruffled is possible in the event of impact or damage. Used XBO reflector lamps are therefore as inaccessible as possible and can be kept in the supplied protective cover or with a protective cap on until they are fed to disposal.
